Compatilizer
Plastic compatilizer is to improve the compatibility of most polymers in the blending, its role is to reduce the interfacial tension, and the addition of the third component to increase the thickness of the interface layer, prevent dispersed phase condensation, stabilize the formed phase morphology structure, to increase the compatibility of the two polymers, so that the bond between them increases, to form a stable (blending) structure.

SEBS, grafted with maleic anhydride, enhances compatibility with polyolefins, benzene-ring polymers, and polyamide polyester systems, making it a widely used universal compatibilizer.
The E058 series is a grafted elastomer widely used for toughening polar resins like nylon and suitable for PA, PP, TPE encapsulation, PA/PP alloys, and flame-retardant systems.
The E068 system, grafted with maleic anhydride, enhances bonding with inorganic fillers for cable materials, while the E068-Si system, grafted with silane, improves adhesion and strength, with applications in cables, modification, and photovoltaics.
E018-4 and E018-7H, from the E068 system, improve strength, toughness, and stability in cables, polypropylene, polyethylene, and PA/polyolefin alloys.
The E058 series is a grafted elastomer widely used for toughening polar resins like nylon, as well as PA, PP, and TPE systems, with E058T offering excellent toughness and low-temperature resistance.
