Modified nylon is one of the most widely used varieties in engineering plastics. The E058 series is a grafted elastomer, suitable for toughening polar resins such as nylon; also suitable for PA or PP or TPE toughening encapsulation system; PA/PP alloy system; PA enhanced toughening, filling, flame retardant system.
And E058-3 is the best among them. It has a very low hardness (only about 55A) and a toughness that is 15-20% higher than similar products. Therefore, it has a wide range of application prospects in the low-temperature toughening of modified nylon and TPE soft glue.
E058-3+, which is improved on the basis of E058-3, has its own unique advantages. It is well known that when toughened or super-tough nylon is made into black products, the surface is not bright enough, and the surface of the black example is not black enough, and there is always a feeling of white fog. E058-3+ can improve toughness while reaching the level of diamond black, and at the same time give the surface product an extremely high degree of smoothness, and the surface of the product is comparable to PA12.
