Description:

Widely used in gelled products, footwear, pigments, paper and cardboard, coating production, cosmetics and automotive accessories.

As a highly efficient activator for vulcanized rubber, it improves the activity and cross-linking degree of the rubber vulcanization system.

In cosmetics, zinc oxide is used in sunscreen, isolation, foundation, makeup and other products.

It can also be used in pigment and coating production, wastewater treatment and photocatalytic products.

Application:

aktiv® Suitable for any kind of highly elastic or transparent vulcan_x0002_izates, vulcanizates cured with metal oxides and without sulfur or food-contacting goods. Other applications comprise UV filter for sunscreen and cosmetics, polymer protection (PVC, PE etc.) as well as paints and coatings. Our zinc products also show excellent properties as acid and sulfide scavenger in adhesives, bitumen or gas purification systems.
